It is probable that you have tried to create a new account but it turns out that email address is already registered. This is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- You have previously registered in the past at this site, or another Voyage Control site
- Someone else in your organisation has registered using that email address
In this case, try to login to your portal rather than signing up.
If you have forgotten, or don't know the password, please click 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. Please follow the online instructions, you will receive a password reset email. If you do not receive this, please check your spam/junk folder - the email will come from info@voyagecontrol.com.
