It's probable you've tried to create a new account but it turns out that email address is already registered. This is likely due to one of these reasons:
- You've registered in the past at your venue and just forgotten about it (don't worry it happens to all of us)
- You've registered at another client that use Voyage Control. You have one login for all our clients using Voyage Control to limit the number of accounts you have to remember
- Someone else in your organisation has registered using that email address
In all of these cases you will need to log into your portal rather than signing up.
If you've forgotten, or don't know, the password please click "Forgot your password?" on the log in page. Please follow the online instructions, you will receive a password reset email. If you do not receive this, please check your junk folder - the email will come from email@example.com.
